Awards

In the wake of the New Zealand Netguide Web Awards, a few blogs I read have been nominated for the Best of Blog (BoB) Awards 2004. Check out the nominees. There's an exhaustive range of categories - 'big-name', education/homeschool, new blog, 'daddy' blog, humorous, fertility/adoption, literary/book, weight loss/fitness, music, 'mommmy' blog, LGBT (I actually had to look that up), snarkiest, sex, biggest 'blog-whore', cooking/recipes, photo/art/poetry, knitting/craft, sports, inspirational... you get the picture. Voting runs until January 17.

If nothing else, it's a directory of proven read-worthy sites to while away the summer with.
