Life Preservers, Dagger Canes, Swordsticks

I wanted to write something clever and apposite to go with this picture. However, I have places to go and people to see. The life in London continues.. work = great; fresh challenges with every day, home = fine; and I picked up my guitar yesterday for the first time in forever (although I could use a few nights in with time/energy to cook), friends = wonderful; what more to say?

The Black Keys were fantastic on Wednesday. Gigs coming up include Casiotone For The Painfully Alone, Marnie Stern, Arcade Fire and Bonobo. My mission next pay: buy a record player.
